We've done this for a contract caterer managing procurement across 1,000+ sites, a wholesale food supplier processing same-day deliveries across two cities, a coworking operator running bookings and invoicing from a single screen, and an international electronics retailer tracking every device repair from drop-off to collection across multiple stores. Each system is different. Each one runs on CloudCore, our own platform, which means every client benefits from a proven foundation of workflow automation, document management, KPI dashboards, security and integrations without paying for any of it to be built from scratch.

We design, build and ship production AI tools that change the unit economics of operational work. Our AI work is not theoretical and not a roadmap slide. It is running in production today, processing tens of thousands of documents a month, and we are actively expanding the surface area across our client base.

The clearest example: a national contract caterer processes around 30,000 supplier invoices a month through their procurement operation. We built a bespoke AI invoice processor, powered by Google Gemini, that ingests every scanned or emailed invoice, extracts the supplier identity, invoice number and line items, and pre‑allocates each line against the corresponding re‑ordered purchase‑order line. By the time the invoice surfaces for human Invoice Allocation in CloudCore, the matching is already done. Reviewers only see exceptions (price deviations, quantity mismatches, lines the AI couldn’t confidently match). The finance team reviews exceptions, not data‑entry.

That is the architecture we deploy AI in: AI handles the heavy, repetitive document and decision work; CloudCore governs, audits and routes the exceptions. Sometimes the AI is a sidecar tool that pre‑processes content into the workflow (as with the Feedem invoice processor); sometimes it is a workflow activity called inside CloudCore directly (as with Google Gemini powering structured paper review in our exam‑paper management system). Both patterns are provider‑agnostic by design: every AI call is wrapped with retry, audit and exit conditions, so swapping a model, fine‑tune or vendor is a config change, not a rewrite.

Every system we build runs on CloudCore, our in-house enterprise platform available in two framework editions: VNext and Neutronix. CloudCore provides workflow automation, document management, user and access control, KPI dashboards, financial period management, email and SMS delivery, push notifications, accounting integration and a modular architecture that lets us add business-specific features without touching the platform core.

This is not a generic framework with a learning curve.
