Exclr8 is seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Test Engineer with a strong focus on test automation using Katalon or Selenium. The ideal candidate has experience in manual and automated testing, plus a strong background in software development methodologies.

Is this manual testing or automation?
Both. You automate regression suites with Katalon and/or Selenium, and run manual tests for usability, exploratory and edge-case coverage. The automation is what scales; the manual work is what finds the things a script would never think to try.
What tools do you use?
Katalon and Selenium. Hands-on experience with either is what we are looking for, and you would be designing and maintaining the test plans, test cases and automated suites yourself.
How much experience do you expect?
Three or more years of software QA experience across both manual and automated testing, plus an understanding of agile and sprint-based development.
What am I actually keeping stable?
Every release across four environments: development, test, UAT and live. Nothing reaches real operations without having been stable in the environment before it, and QA is the gate that decides.
Who do I work with?
Developers and business analysts, inside the sprint cycle rather than at the end of it. Strong written communication matters here, because bug reports and test plans are how the work travels.
