We design, build and run bespoke systems that replace manual
processes with reliable, automated workflows.
From bespoke systems for procurement
and supply chain, to order management, service tracking, resource
scheduling and logistics. We’ve delivered working platforms
across food services, distribution, retail after‑sales and
shared workspaces.

SVC.01CORE
Procurement & Supply Chain Systems
Our primary focus is bespokeenterprise system development with advanced
process automation. We build systems that
manage the full procurement cycle: supplier onboarding, purchase
ordering, goods received, credit derivation, stock control and
multi-level reporting, all modelled on how your business actually
works.
How CloudCore accelerates this: the workflow engine, document store and four‑tier KPI framework ship pre‑wired. Supplier portals, three‑way invoice match and procurement dashboards are configuration on top of proven plumbing, not a from‑scratch build.
Supplier portal with onboarding and account management
Best-buy comparison and automated purchase ordering
Goods received, credit derivation and invoice matching
Full stock ledger with variance and movement reporting
We build end-to-end platforms that manage the full lifecycle of an order,
from sales order through production and quality control to
same-day delivery and invoicing. Orders flow in from multiple channels,
margins are enforced automatically, and the system handles production
queuing, tripsheet routing and accounting integration without manual
intervention.
How CloudCore accelerates this: the workflow engine, integration bus and document store are pre‑wired. Order capture, margin enforcement, production routing and Pastel posting are configuration on top of proven plumbing, not a from‑scratch build.
Multi-channel order capture (portal, app, email, API, field reps)
Margin enforcement and pricing rules
Production queuing and quality-control gates
Same-day delivery with route-planned tripsheets
Accounting integration (Pastel, Xero) and automated reporting
We build systems that manage two distinct after-sales operations under
one roof: device repair and device trade-in. The repair side covers the
full lifecycle from fault report through diagnosis, warranty decisions,
parts sourcing, third-party repair, shipment tracking and customer
collection. The trade-in side manages device assessment, stolen-device
checks, valuation, customer terms and gift-card issuance, both in-store and online. Both operations share the same customer records,
document engine and reporting.
How CloudCore accelerates this: stage progression, document generation, shipment tracking and full audit trail are platform features. We add the warranty‑decision rules, manufacturer‑diagnostics integration and trade‑in workflow on top, not the supporting infrastructure.
Full repair lifecycle from intake through diagnosis to collection
Trade-in programme with in-store and online channels
POS import for instant warranty verification
Manufacturer diagnostics and parts sourcing
Stolen-device checks, device-lock validation and duplicate prevention
Loan-device management with digital agreements
Shipment tracking between stores, customers and service providers
Management dashboards, case heatmaps and satisfaction tracking
We design scheduling and reservation systems that manage resources,
customer accounts and invoicing, with real-time availability,
automated billing and full document management. From booking to invoice
in under a minute, with accounting sync and self-service for customers.
How CloudCore accelerates this: on Neutronix, native push notifications, accounting integration, payment polling and document generation are platform features. We model your specific resource catalogue and pricing rules. The rest is already running.
Reservation and booking management
Booking-to-invoice automation with accounting sync (Xero, Pastel)
Payment QR codes and self-service check-in
Virtual office and shared-resource management
Employee scheduling, leave workflows and HR administration
Bespoke AI development is one of our core services. We build production
AI tools that ingest documents, classify content, extract structured
data and pre‑decide routine cases, then hand those results
into a CloudCore workflow that governs, audits and routes the
exceptions. Provider‑agnostic, fully auditable, designed to
change the unit economics of operational work.
How CloudCore accelerates this: AI tools sit alongside CloudCore as sidecars or inside the workflow as activities. Either way, every AI call is wrapped with retry, audit and exit conditions: the same plumbing that wraps a Pastel posting or a payment poll. Switching models or vendors is a config change, not a rewrite.
Bespoke AI tool development for high‑volume document workflows
Structured document review, classification and pre‑allocation
Summarisation, decisioning and content extraction at scale
Sidecar AI tools or embedded workflow activities: both architectures
Provider‑agnostic: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI. The right model for the job
Every AI call is auditable, retryable and observable
Actively expanding into procurement, after‑sales and document‑heavy operations
SVC.06UI
Web, Mobile & App Development
We build purpose-built web and native mobile applications that connect
directly to your CloudCore backend, giving field teams, customers
and suppliers the tools they need, wherever they are. Portals, apps and
API integrations extend your system to every stakeholder.
How CloudCore accelerates this: mobile and web apps connect to the same backend that runs your operational systems. Identity, audit, push notifications and document delivery come from the platform, not bespoke per‑channel code.
Bespoke web applications and portals
Native iOS and Android apps
Customer-facing and supplier-facing self-service
API development and third-party integration
UI/UX design and optimisation
SVC.07TEAM
Development Resource Outsourcing
Access our team of experienced developers for on-site and remote
projects. Whether you need to extend an existing system or build
something new, our team brings deep expertise in cloud platforms,
process automation and AI integration, ready to embed in your
organisation or deliver independently.
How CloudCore accelerates this: when our team embeds in your project, we bring CloudCore as the optional accelerator. Your team gets the same patterns, your project ships from a known foundation rather than starting from a blank repository.

SECTION03
AI development & integration. A core service, in production today.AI development & integration. A core service, in production today.
We build production AI tools that change the unit economics of operational work,
and integrate them with CloudCore systems for full audit, retry and governance.
Provider‑agnostic by design. Actively expanding the surface area across
procurement, after‑sales and document‑heavy operations.
AI.01PROD
Gemini, ~30k invoices/month
For a national contract caterer, our bespoke Google Gemini‑powered invoice processor ingests every scanned and emailed supplier invoice, extracts the line items and pre‑allocates each one against the matching purchase‑order line in CloudCore. Finance review only the exceptions.
AI.02PROD
Gemini in workflow, in production
Our exam‑paper management system embeds Google Gemini as a CloudCore workflow activity for structured paper review. The AI call sits inside the process, with its output feeding the next step.
AI.03ARCH
Two architectures, one governance model
Sidecar AI tools that pre‑process documents into a workflow, or AI services called inside CloudCore activities directly. Both ways: every call is wrapped with retry, audit trail and exit conditions. Switching a model or vendor is a config change.
AI.04VENDORS
The right model for the job
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, vision models, fine‑tuned task models. We pick the model that fits the workflow, the cost envelope and the data‑residency posture. Not a vendor lock‑in pitch.
AI.05FIT
Where AI changes the maths
High‑volume document classification, structured extraction, pre‑allocation, summarisation, exception‑routing, content generation. If a person is doing the same shape of judgement‑call hundreds of times a day, that is where AI integration earns its build.
AI.06GROW
What we’re actively expanding
Procurement document automation, after‑sales triage and case classification, supplier price‑sheet ingestion, repair fault‑extraction from customer emails. Talk to us if you have a workflow that fits this shape.

FAQ05
Common questions about how we work.Common questions about how we work.
Do you only build on CloudCore?
CloudCore is our delivery accelerator for operational systems and the platform behind every long-running production system we run. But each client system is bespoke to the business process, integrations and governance needs. We don’t sell CloudCore as a product, and we’ll happily build standalone web, mobile or AI tools without it where the work calls for that.
Bespoke versus off-the-shelf: when does bespoke make sense?
Bespoke makes sense when your operation has real complexity: multi-site, multi-channel, multi-region, regulated, or when an off-the-shelf product would force you to change how you work in ways that hurt the business. If your process is generic, a SaaS product is usually cheaper and faster. If it isn’t, the cost of forcing your operation into someone else’s data model is what bespoke avoids. We’ll be honest on the first call.
What size of project do you take on?
From a single workflow on CloudCore Neutronix to a multi‑module enterprise platform running mission-critical operations across multiple countries. Our smallest engagements ship a working slice in weeks; our largest run for over a decade. The fit‑check call is partly about scoping shape so we can tell you what an engagement looks like.
How long before we see something working?
Weeks, not quarters, for a first working slice. Every engagement moves through the same four‑stage flow, and each stage has explicit activities, a clear hand‑off and an exit condition, so you see running software early rather than one big reveal at the end. Our largest platforms have been evolving in production for over a decade on top of that first slice.
What does a project cost?
Bespoke work is priced by scope. Because every system we deliver inherits the CloudCore platform, the workflow engine, document store, dashboards, security and integrations, the build focuses only on the logic that is unique to your business. That keeps projects smaller and faster than a from‑scratch build. Contact us for a scoped estimate.
Do you host on Microsoft Azure exclusively?
CloudCore is Azure-native: App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Blob Storage. Every CloudCore system runs on Azure. Standalone projects (mobile apps, web apps, AI tools) can be built for any cloud, but Azure is what we operate at scale.
Will it work with the systems we already have?
That is most of the job. Our systems post to accounting packages such as Pastel and Xero, import purchase records from point‑of‑sale tills, exchange electronic B2B purchase orders with trading partners, call manufacturer diagnostics, and expose APIs for anything else. The integration bus is a CloudCore platform feature rather than something bolted on per project.
Do you build native mobile apps?
Yes: native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), shipped to the App Store and Play Store, integrated with the same Azure backend that runs your web and API channels. Customer apps, field-team tools, supplier apps and operational web apps all in‑house.
How do you integrate AI, as a sidecar tool or inside the workflow?
Both, depending on the workflow. Sidecar AI tools pre‑process content before a CloudCore workflow runs, like our Google Gemini‑powered invoice processor that handles around 30,000 supplier invoices a month for a national caterer, pre‑allocating each line against the matching purchase order. AI services called inside CloudCore workflow activities, like Gemini powering structured paper review in our exam‑paper system. Provider-agnostic; every call is wrapped with retry, audit trail and exit conditions.
Do you handle the analysis and design, or only the build?
The whole lifecycle. Engagements start with process analysis and system design before anything is built, and carry on through development, deployment and ongoing support. UI/UX design is part of delivery rather than a separate purchase, and we provide business analysis and project management where your team needs it.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. We are based in Cape Town, and the production systems we run today are deployed across South Africa, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Most work is delivered remotely, with on‑site time during early discovery and at major milestones.
Can we take ownership of a system after Exclr8 builds it?
Yes. Some clients want us to operate the system long-term (most do); others prefer to internalise once it’s stable. Both work. CloudCore is built so client teams can own and extend it after handover.
How do we start?
A 30‑minute fit‑check call. You tell us about the operation, we listen, and we are honest about whether we are the right team for it. There is no proposal at that stage. We reply to first contact within one business day, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 SAST. Start the conversation.
