Production systems we have built and operate.
Bespoke enterprise software case studies from Exclr8. Each one is a real production system built on CloudCore and Microsoft Azure, running for a named client today: procurement at national scale, multi-channel order management, booking-to-invoice workflows and multi-country after-sales operations.

Are these real systems, or illustrative examples?
Every case on this page is a real production system running for a named client today. The oldest have been in production for over a decade, and the team that built them is the team that operates them now.
Can we speak to any of these clients?
Ask on the first call. We will not hand out contact details unprompted, but reference conversations are something we arrange where the client is willing and the fit is close enough to be worth their time.
Why do several cases run on the same platform?
Because every system inherits CloudCore, our own enterprise framework: workflow engine, document store, dashboards, security and integrations. The build then focuses only on the logic unique to that business, which is what keeps projects smaller and faster than starting from a blank page.
Do you only work in these four industries?
No. Contract catering, wholesale food, coworking and electronics retail are what these four cases happen to cover. The common thread is operational complexity, not a sector: multi-site, multi-channel, multi-region or regulated operations where an off-the-shelf product would force a change in how the business works.
How long did these take to build?
Our smallest engagements ship a working slice in weeks; the largest platforms here have been evolving in production for over a decade. Every engagement moves through the same four-stage flow, with an exit condition on each stage, so working software arrives early rather than at the end.
Do you still operate these systems, or were they handed over?
Both models exist. Most clients want us to operate the system long-term, covering patches, evolution, new modules and support. Some prefer to internalise once it is stable, and CloudCore is built so client teams can own and extend it after handover.
